Know which quotes are open, won and lost.
If you can't see your open quotes, you can't manage them. We give sales managers a single list of every open quote, who owns it and when it was last touched, and record a reason every time one is won or lost.
Sound familiar?
- The open-quote report is an export someone builds by hand, when they have time.
- Lost quotes are never marked lost. They just stop being mentioned.
- Nobody knows the quote win rate by rep, customer type or product line.
- Pricing decisions are made on gut feel because losses are never explained.
Built inside the tools you already use.
The Monday open-quote list
Every open quote with its value, owner, age and last touch, sent to the sales manager before the Monday meeting.
Win/loss on every quote
A short, required reason when a quote closes: price, lead time, spec, went elsewhere, no decision.
Win rate you can trust
Quote win rate and quote-to-order conversion by rep, customer and product, from the same records.
Stale-quote alerts
Quotes with no touch in a set number of days are flagged to the owner, then to the manager.
How the build runs.
- 01
Connect the sources
We pull quotes and orders from your ERP or quoting tool and match them to customers in the CRM.
- 02
Agree the reasons
We set a short list of win and loss reasons with your sales leaders, so the data stays clean.
- 03
Ship the report
The open-quote list and win/loss dashboard go live, and we review them with you after the first month.
Common questions.
What is the difference between quote win rate and quote conversion rate?
Teams use them loosely. We define both with you: usually win rate is quotes won divided by quotes decided, and quote-to-order conversion is orders received divided by all quotes sent, including those with no answer.
Will reps actually fill in the loss reason?
They will if it takes a few seconds and the quote can't close without it. We keep the list short and put it where the rep already closes the quote.
Can we start with just the open-quote report?
Yes. It is often the first build, because it gives the sales manager something to act on every week.
