Your CRM and ERP on one customer record.
Quotes and orders live in the ERP. Customers and conversations live in the CRM. Reps end up checking both, or neither. We connect them so the rep sees order history, open quotes and credit status where they already work.
Sound familiar?
- Reps ask the office for order history before they call a customer.
- The same customer exists three times with three spellings.
- Sales and finance argue about which numbers are right.
- Someone exports from one system and imports into the other every week.
Built inside the tools you already use.
One account record
Customers matched and de-duplicated across systems, with one ID that both sides agree on.
Orders and quotes in the CRM
Order history, open quotes and open invoices visible on the account, read-only where the ERP should stay in charge.
Clear direction of sync
We decide with you which system owns each field, so updates never overwrite each other.
Monitoring
Failed syncs retry automatically and alert a person if they keep failing, with a log of every change.
How the build runs.
- 01
Map the fields
We list what each team needs to see and which system owns it.
- 02
Clean and match
We de-duplicate accounts and contacts before connecting anything.
- 03
Connect and monitor
We build the integration with retries and logging, then watch it through the first month.
Common questions.
Does HubSpot connect to NetSuite or Epicor out of the box?
Some pairs have marketplace connectors, which cover the basics. Most distributors need custom mapping for quotes, price levels and ship-to accounts, which is where we come in.
Will this replace our ERP or CRM?
No. We connect what you have. Nobody has to learn a new system.
What happens when the sync fails?
It retries on its own, and if it keeps failing a named person gets an alert with the record and the error. Every change is logged.
