CRM data entry automation

A CRM your reps don't have to feed by hand.

Reps skip CRM updates because typing them takes time away from selling. Then the CRM is wrong and nobody trusts it. We log the activity automatically so the record stays current without the admin.

Sound familiar?

  • The CRM shows a deal as active when the last real conversation was weeks ago.
  • Call notes live in notebooks, phones and memory.
  • Managers chase reps to update the CRM before every pipeline review.
  • Reports are built from spreadsheets because the CRM data can't be trusted.
What we build

Built inside the tools you already use.

01

Automatic email logging

Emails with customers logged to the right contact and deal, without BCC tricks or manual clicks.

02

Call logging and summaries

Calls logged from your phone system, with an AI summary the rep can correct in a few seconds.

03

Clean fields

Duplicates merged, company data filled in, and required fields checked at the point they matter.

04

Next steps captured

Commitments from emails and calls turned into tasks with dates, for the rep to confirm.

How the build runs.

  1. 01

    Audit the data

We check what is missing, duplicated or out of date, and where reps lose time.

  2. 02

    Connect the channels

We connect inboxes and phone systems to the CRM with the right permissions.

  3. 03

    Train and measure

Reps see what changed, and we track how complete the records are month to month.

Common questions.

Is AI call summarizing accurate enough?

It is a first draft. The rep confirms or edits it, which takes seconds instead of minutes. Customers' consent to recording follows the rules of the states you call into.

Why don't reps use our CRM?

Usually because it asks them for work and gives little back. Removing the data entry and showing them useful information, like order history, changes that.

Will this work with our current CRM?

Yes. We work inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, and can connect most phone and email systems.
